public access

Hi, anyone can help me with a realy newbee problem? I want my site public to everyne, downloaded the latest example and set it up, but I need to log in. Where do I state the anonymous access in EPI? I have added in web.config and tried both "*" as well as "?" without success. Regards Pelle
