Cannot login after upgrade

After upgrading 4.41 to 4.60 i cannot login anymore. It worked on our test-environment but not the production servers. I am sure it's a server issue and not some cookie or cache problem, because i tried login from several computers. I tried both EPiServer Manager 1.1 and 1.3.1... any ideas?
