Conditional properties within block

It would be very nice if you could conditional logic to ask for properties in a block. For example, we have a teaser block. You can choose between three options: load all children from a specific page as teaseritems, drag specific pages in to be shown as teaseritems, or create manual teaseritems. For all three options you need different properties (accept one parent; accept multiple pages or create subblocks for manual teaseritems). So upon choosing one of the three options, the next property could be filled in based on the first choice.
