Dojo plugin area to header

There seems not to be any dojo plugin area for the header area in admin ui, where name, urlsegment, type, id, tools are.

Wanting to put a custom widget in header not possible without using ugly hack:

yes, i know you can put a property in the  header, but that is not the same is it?
