ContentDataModelBinder performance with Response.End

ContentDataModelBinder calls "Reponse.End" if a page cannot be found in the current language.
This hurts performance since it either Aborts the thread or flushes the response.
Replacing "Response.End" with "CompleteRequest" avoids this.
