NewsFeed, NewsFeedStory Cache

Anyone have an idea how I remove the cache on a newsfeed (minifeed) or on the Story itself when making changes to a specific story in a minifeed? 

My problem is that when I make a change to a specific story in the minifeed it does not show right away. Seems to be heavily cached and no matter what I do I can't get it to let go of the cache. 

Please help me :-)
