Activating EPiServer Mail

Hi,

I'm trying to create a dev account for EPiServer mail from http://world.episerver.com/Download/Items/EPiServer-Mail/Activating-EPiServer-Mail/. Problem is that when I click "Create account" I get an error message saying "Failed to create Account: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. ". How do I get authorized for a dev account? I can't find any information on the subject.
