What is the role of EpiServer Manager in EpiServer?? As we can create Episerver application from vs2005 sp1,where EpiServer Manager role is significant ??

Have you looked at the EPiServer manager?... It's not just for creating new sites. It's an easy way to manage several settings for your site etc etc
