How can I know which user updated language settings on a particular date.

Hi!

There is no out of the box audit logging on the administrator mode Manage Website Languages settings. I do not believe there is one for the Available Languages, Replacement Languages and Fallback Languages in edit mode either.

Hm.. Not that I've actually looked for it, but I doubt that this information is persisted in the database either. Sorry =/ If you need the audit functionality it should be possible to add a handler to the events/buttons you want to monitor. I did something similar in order to see who changed settings on scheduled jobs a while back. Maybe you could try that approach.
