Integrate Articulate Software in EPiServer

We have a customer that want's to upload e-learning courses created with Articulate Software to their EPiServer site, built in CMS6 R2. As of today. An upgrade to EPi 7 is planned. The courses can consist of slides, movies and more interaction in terms of drag n drop etc. Built with HTML5. The articulate tool outputs an folder with files and resources for the e-learning course to work.

Does anybody have any experience of this? Is it possible to upload the whole output folder as a .zip in an EPi-template and then show it's contents in an iframe or similar?

Any ideas?
