Ajax in Compound Custom Property

Hi all,

I have a custom property with three dropdowns. On selecting an item from the top dropdown it causes a postback and then populates the sub-level dropdowns. The problem is that due to the postback, EPiServer displays the "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?...." message.

I would like to make use of ajax so this doesnt happen.

Any help would be much appreciated?
