caching error

Hi

I'm trying to activate caching on one of our CMS 6 sites, two servers - 1 DMZ and 1 LAN, not using UDP but TCP. Ports are open, I  have made the changes from http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Tech-Notes/EPiServer-CMS-6/EPiServer-CMS-60/Event-Management-System-Specification/ in web.configs but keep getting the error below. Feels like I'm walking in circles, please send emergency supplies ;)

A registration already exists for URI net.tcp://IP:port/RemoteEventService

The other sites on the same servers (CMS 5) are caching just fine...

Any advice?
