Hi!

We are having problems with the standard sequential approval workflow that comes with the installation of EPiServer CMS 5 R2.
The problem is that when an author has published a new page and then the editor refuses to approve that page, the author should be notified with an email. This doesn´t happend. Furthermore when the editor is a group (contains multiple users) there should also go out an email to all the members in the group, but this doesn´t happend either. Is this not part of the standard functionality? Can anyone explain how it is supposed to work? Do we need to alter/create a custom workflow if we want email notification in this manner?
