Missing .js files after upgrade

I've upgraded from CMS6 R2 top CMS7, but when entering edit mode on a page, the console shows some files missing:

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://mysite/console/Shell/1.0.456/ClientResources/EPi/shell/ui/nls/en-us/episerver.shared.js"

episer...ared.js

Any suggestions?

I managed to get it working by changing this in web.config:

<protectedModules rootPath="~/EPiServer/">


to

<protectedModules rootPath="~/console/">
