XForms Editor not saving

Hey Guys,

 

We are experiencing an issue which is only happening on one server.  When the editor goes to the xforms editor and tries to set up a new form and then saves it, the page posts back and replies with a 200 OK but nothing was saved.  Anyone have this issue or have any ideas what we can do to fix this?
