EPiServer PDB (Debug Symbols)

Have the debug symbols been released for EPi 7?  I found a blog post (http://world.episerver.com/Blogs/Enes-Bajramovic/Dates/2010/4/Symbols-for-EPiServer-CMS-6-available/) stating that the pdbs were released for version 6 at http://symbols.episerver.com/, but I'm getting a 403 when hitting that url.
