Rebuild Links (for SEO)

Hi. We have an EPiServer site that's been online for a couple of years, and we have now decided to rebuild the links from ?id=123 to ___123, for SEO purposes (search engine optimalization). Is there an quick way to update the links already on the site, i.e. links inside LongString properties etc.? Thanks for any help. Frank :)
